Tapani was elected Chairman of the Board in 2026. He is also working as Head of Defence. Tapani was the Managing Director of Telva from 2010 to 2026. Before moving to Telva, Tapani worked at the Finnish Border Guard.

Partner and lawyer at the Edelle Oy law firm. Iiro has been on Telva’s board since 2017. Iiro is an experienced business lawyer, whose goal is to combine jurisprudence in an efficient way as part of business.
