Warranty

We comply with the Technical Trade Union’s general sales conditions: TK General 2010. We comply with the equipment manufacturer’s general sales / warranty conditions. The devices we import have varying warranty conditions depending on the manufacturer. Any warranty repairs must, without exception, be agreed with a Telva representative before starting the repair.

Testing

We take responsibility for agreed tests and document the results for the customer to view.

Training

Our trainer plans a suitable training for the customer and is responsible for the transfer of know-how to the customer.

Service

We maintain systems according to life cycle plans. We are also responsible for recycling the systems at the end of their life cycle.

Spareparts

Most of the spare parts needed for our systems can be found in our warehouse for immediate delivery. By using original spare parts, you ensure that your device works exactly the way the device manufacturer intended it to work.
